デニムのジャケットを制作。
ANCELLM初のデニムジャケットです。
13ozデニムを使用。 ムラ感の美しい素材を厳選致しました。
箇所によって糸番手、運針を変える事で全体にメリハリがつき、
フラットに見えない様仕上げました。
パターンでもVINTAGEへの理解を深めつつあえて崩しながら仕上げております。
加工はパンツ同様、通常の着用では出てこないランダムなあたりを入れることで
ヴィンテージ感を出しつつも、デザイン性のある加工に仕上げています。
職人の手によって1本1本擦りを入れ、
バランスを計算した汚しを入れることで奥行きのある立体感のある表情が生まれます。
更にバランスを見つつ クラッシュ箇所を増やし、
ペンキを塗っては剥がしを繰り返し、小穴の１つ１つのサイズも決め込んで制作。
細かい工程を行うことで、以前にもまして更に奥行きを表現できました。
アウターとしてもインナーとしてもしっかりとポイントになる様ペンキを配置。
加工の職人との話し込みにより実現した渾身の一着です。

This is ANCELLM's first denim jacket.
13oz denim is used.
The material was carefully selected for its beautifully uneven texture.
By changing the yarn count and number of stitches in parts of the work, the entire piece of product can be made more lively.
And it was finished so that it would not look flat.
The patterns are made with a deep understanding of VINTAGE, but daring to break it down.
As with the pants, the processing is done by adding random scuffed marks that do not appear with normal wear.
This gives the pants a vintage look, but with a design feel.
Also, while watching the situation, increase the number of crashes,
The paint was repeatedly applied and peeled to determine the size of each small hole.
The detailed process enables expression with more depth than ever before.
Paint is placed to make it a solid point for both outerwear and innerwear.
This is one of our best workmanship realized through discussions with the processing craftsmen.
