継続して作っているデニムジャケットをワンウォッシュのデニムで製作しました。

着始めからムードがあり、デニムのセットアップで着用しても野暮にならないことを目指し、オリジナルのセルビッジデニムの製織から着手。

洗いにかけるだけではなく、深いインディゴに茶系の染料を重ね、その上からもう一色をレイヤーで重ねています。

ワンウォッシュにも手間を惜しまぬことで、黒々とした深みと表情を作り込みました。

形ではVINTAGEの名作を研究し、理解を深めて踏襲しつつも、
敢えて崩して再構築することで、現代にフィックスした形としてモダナイズしております。

経年変化の美しさを突き詰めたセルビッジデニムですので、沢山着用を重ねて、表情の変化と共にお楽しみください。


We crafted this continuing denim jacket in one-wash denim.

From the very first wear, it carries a sense of mood.

With the aim of creating a denim set-up that never feels overdone, we began by developing our own original selvedge denim from the weaving stage.

Rather than relying solely on washing, we layered a brown-toned dye into a deep indigo base, then added yet another layer of color on top.

By refusing to compromise even with a one-wash finish, we achieved a rich, inky depth and nuanced character.

For the silhouette, we closely studied and thoroughly understood vintage masterpieces, respectfully inheriting their essence while intentionally deconstructing and reconstructing the design.

This process allowed us to modernize the jacket into a form that feels firmly rooted in the present.

This selvedge denim is engineered with a relentless focus on the beauty of aging.
