膨らみのある糸からゆっくりと丁寧に織り上げたオリジナルレシピのウールブランケットは、
織りの組織と色の掛け合わせを吟味して製織することで英国的なムードの細かなチェックのようにも映り、
クラシックな暖かみを表現したテキスタイル。

その素材の持つクラシックなムードを尊重し、
閉じても開いても美しく整って見えるよう程良いゆとりを持たせながら傾斜させた衿作り。

現代らしい余白がありつつも端正なシルエットを描き大人びた品の良さと風格を纏わせております。

しっかりと暖かさを保つ素材を使いながらコートに懸念される重たさを取り払うため、
肩に乗る重量を分散させるパターンを研究し軽快な羽織り心地を実現しました。

A continuing iteration of ANCELLM's Balmacaan coat, updated and tailored from an original wool blanket developed and woven exclusively for the piece.

The original wool blanket is slowly and carefully woven from voluminous yarns.

By thoughtfully combining the weave structure and colors during the weaving process, the textile takes on the appearance of a fine check pattern with a distinctly British mood, expressing a sense of classic warmth.

Respecting the classic character of the fabric, the collar is carefully shaped with a subtle slope and just enough ease to maintain a refined appearance whether worn open or closed.

The silhouette is clean and composed while retaining a contemporary sense of space, giving the coat an air of mature elegance and quiet presence.

While the fabric provides substantial warmth, the pattern has been carefully developed to eliminate the heaviness often associated with coats.
